Receiving emails: 5 simple steps to follow if your FMFW.io’s mail doesn’t arrive

This is a step-by-step guide that will help you prevent built-in spam management systems from placing our FMFW.io emails into your spam folder, whether they are confirmation emails, announcement emails or our weekly newsletter.

STEP 1

Log in to Gmail, click on the Gear button, and choose “See all settings”:

Select the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” category:

STEP 3

Select “ Create a new filter “ :

STEP 4

Add our email addresses (exchange@fmfw.io, no-reply@fmfw.io, support@fmfw.io) to the “From” field and click the “Create filter”:

Check the “Never send it to Spam” box and click the “create filter” button:

And…that’s it! By following these steps, your FMFW.io emails should go straight to your inbox.
